Walmsley Wilkinson Associates are investing significantly in the development of new offices in Sawley; one of many scenic places in the Ribble Valley. Construction work starts to create a two storey building from the old one story outbuilding in early July 2018 with a target to be fully completed with operational workspace by September 2018. Linda Walmsley says “we are committed to creating an inspiring eco-friendly working environment whilst benefitting from the stunning views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding area”.
Sunderland Peacock Architects were selected to design the project and Linda goes on to state “we have been so pleased with their professional expertise and excellent customer support”.
The new building will ensure enough office space to accommodate further business growth and the building will be very sympathetic to its natural surroundings.
“We were delighted to be selected to create the building plans for Walmsley Wilkinson”, says Duncan Isherwood, Partner, at Sunderland Peacock Architects “their new offices bring together contemporary and traditional, which combine beautifully in their location. My team and I wish Walmsley Wilkinson all the very best with their new business venture and we look forward to visiting them soon in their completed premises’.
